Your credit card details or an online payment are required to guarantee your booking until your arrival at the hotel. The payment will be made directly to the hotel.

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so no later than 2 days before arrival.

Please note that the day of arrival starts at 0:00.

For any booking not cancelled at least 2 days before arrival, the entire booking amount will be charged. In case of a no show, the entire booking amount will be charged.

Different conditions apply for group bookings. We will contact you if this is the case.

If you have booked a Non Refundable / Prepay & Save / Hot Deal price or package, the following conditions apply:

When making the booking you accept that the full price of the stay will be charged directly via an online payment or directly debited from your credit card and that refunds are not possible.
